US Preferred Realty, INC believes “KNOWLEDGE IS POWER”! Our Agent Development and Training Department believes in continually striving to make our support and education the best for our Agents and Company. We offer 12 distinct comprehensive classes, specifically designed to teach Agents how to be productive, educated and professional Realtors. In addition, other Classes are regularly scheduled every month including, but not limited to: Free Continuing Education for License Renewal, Free ZipForm Training, Free Basic and Advanced Flex-MLS Classes, Free Lunch and Learns and Free Hours of Power. Brian Buffini’s “100 days of Greatness” is also available to Realtors looking to “Dive” into their careers.
We, also, have 4 Different Training/Mentoring programs available. “Leap 2-2-2 It!” which is designed for New/Newer Agents, Success Training which is designed for the experienced Agent who needs some additional Support, Commercial and Business Opportunity Training which is designed for a New or Experienced Agents that desires to do Commercial Real Estate or Business Opportunity Sales but have no formal Training.
All of our Classes are held in our Agent Development Center on our Main Campus in Building B, Suite 135. The Classes are scheduled and rotate Monthly between days and evenings to make sure ALL Agents; both part-time and full-time have an opportunity to attend.
Hour of Power is an energy charged workshop that focuses on one sales principle each week for 90 minutes beginning at 9:30am Wednesday Morning.
The Power Hour is a hands on learning session which challenges the TEAM Member to get involved, think of “solutions” instead of excuses, an opportunity to evaluate their current sales habits and tactics and challenges them to do something differently. The Power Hour is an incredible way to keep each member focused on the right kinds of activities throughout the week and also an incredibly powerful motivational tool to jump start the week with positive energy and enthusiasm that will lead to success.

Every other Tuesday from 10:00am-12:30pm
All New Hires of US Preferred Realty, INC are required to join the USPR Owner, Executive Team, Staff, Personal Mortgage Bankers and Strategic Partners one time for Breakfast to be Welcomed to our “Dynamic” Company.
We will cover the Company History, Philosophy, Vision, Introductions, USPR Expectations and Systems.
1-on-1 Orientation (Required)
Scheduled Daily with Nikki Jackson, USPR Agent Advocate and Director of Agent and Development
Upon hire, every Agent is scheduled an appointment to meet with Nikki Jackson to personally go over the office policies, procedures and tools that are offered at USPR. Upon completion of Orientation, you will be introduced to a highly qualified Personal Mortgage Banker to start a new and rewarding relationship where you receive the highest level of customer service, the latest Mortgage Programs and a committed Partner to help you grow your Real Estate Business.
